Our beautiful English class

It was school hols, we weren’t sure who would come to class, but almost everyone did – along with a whole bunch of kids, who played happily while the grownups did their lesson.

It was also teacher Sue’s birthday, so we had a cake. Here we are at morning tea, complete with some of the  kids and the cake!Today I told them the story of the prodigal son. Afterwards two students told me, ‘I like those stories.’
